This five-piece cook’s set consists of a 3-inch parer, 6-inch utility, 8-inch cook’s knife, 9-inch carver, and 9-inch sharpening steel, all of which should last a lifetime.

Each knife features a blade that has been impeccably ground, tapered, and polished. The super-sharp edge is laser-tested for uniformity so that cutting, slicing, and paring take place with finesse. After repeated use, the edge may be easily resharpened using the tapered sharpening steel. Traditional in look, Classic knives are seamlessly constructed with a visible full tang triple-riveted into an ergonomically-shaped synthetic handle. Though the knives are dishwasher-safe, Wusthof recommends hand-washing all fine cutlery.
